Eligibility and Registration

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

Cooling-off Period: You may cancel your enrolment within 7 days of registration for a full refund, provided the course has not commenced.

Course Cancellations:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: 25% refund
• After course commencement: No refund, but may transfer to future course

Company Cancellations

If we need to cancel or postpone a course:

• We will provide as much notice as possible
• You will receive a full refund or credit towards a future course
• We are not liable for consequential costs (travel, accommodation)
• Alternative dates will be offered where possible

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Bank fees and processing charges are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be made in writing

Course Attendance and Conduct

Attendance Requirements

• Regular attendance is required for course completion
• Make-up sessions may be available at our discretion
• Persistent non-attendance may result in course termination
• Certificates are only awarded upon meeting attendance requirements

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal sharing
• Arrive punctually for all sessions
• Participate actively and constructively
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour
• Follow all safety and venue guidelines

Disciplinary Action

We reserve the right to:

• Issue warnings for inappropriate behaviour
• Temporarily suspend participants who violate our code of conduct
• Permanently exclude participants for serious misconduct
• Withhold certificates for non-compliance
• Report criminal behaviour to appropriate authorities

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by OutStaccum, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and curricula
• Training methodologies and techniques
• Written materials, videos, and audio recordings
• Website content and design
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

We may terminate your participation for:

• Violation of these Terms or our code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Access to ongoing services will cease immediately
• Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Completed certifications remain valid
